Customer Service Centers are provided at two locations (east and west bound) of the expressway to ensure that our customers enjoy the best services when using our highway.

• At these Customer Service Centres, users can purchase or reload their Touch ‘n Go cards, User can also lodge complaints and get any information about the highway from the staff.
• Customer Service Centre of LATAR Expressway located at Plaza Tol Kuang Barat and Plaza Tol Kuang Timur. The operating hours for Customer Service Centre is 7.00 am till 10.00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
