Amir
Chief Executive Officer
En. Amran Amir, CEO, has more than 26 years of working experience,
20 of which were with major privatisation projects in Malaysia.
Amran brings to LATAR Expressway his wealth of 14 years with the
North-South Expressway, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and
SPLASH. He joined KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Berhad in April 2003.
Encik Amran Amir graduated with a BSc in Electrical Engineering
Science from the University of Salford, United Kingdom (1983) and a
MSc in Property Investment from the Universiti Institut Teknologi
Mara (UiTM) (2008). |

Marsitah Abdul Halim
Head, Financial Services
Marsitah Abdul Halim is tasked with all financial matters at
LATAR Expressway. Marsitah graduated with a BSc in Finance from the
Northern Illinois University, USA in 1987. She was previously with
MIDF, HBN Management Sdn Bhd and PUTRA (Projek Usahasama Transit
Ringan Automatik Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad.

Captain (R) Norazmi Mansor
Manager, Traffic Safety & Maintenance
Ex. Army Officer, Captain (R) Norazmi manages all the traffic safety & maintenance at
LATAR Expressway. Previously he had 21 years serving Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Sdn Bhd (PLUS) in Highway Operations.

Fakrurazi Zakaria
Manager, Executive Office
Fakrurazi Zakaria manages the Executive Office at LATAR
Expressway. He is a BBA (Hons) graduate majoring in banking.
Fakrurazi was previously with a consulting firm. |

Rozaiman Ali
Head, Highway Operation Services
Rozaiman Ali comes from a backgound of having served at Sistem
Lingkaran Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd. He has a BA (Hons) in
Accountancy Studies from the University of Huddersfield, UK |

Zulkifli Othman
Assistant Manager, Corporate Services
Zulkifli Othman is certified in Personnel Management from the
Malaysian Institute of Personnel Malaysia. He was formerly from
Sistem Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat Sdn Bhd (SPRINT) and Lingkaran
Trans Kota Sdn Bhd (LITRAK). |
